PIER HOUSEKoh Samui, Thailand 2025Our newly completed beach front villa renovation located in Plai Laem, Koh Samui. The villa was purchased by our client half complete. The redesign involved some structural changes but focused primarily on a new architectural language for the finishes. Basalt, grey bricks, locally quarried stone, Tribeca limestone, black timber laminate (for built in furniture) and teak all combined to form a natural palette to compliment the beachfront location and what was already constructed. Completed 2025. |
