Progress for our river front residence. The plot centres around two 20m tall mango trees. A home designed to physically connect its inhabitants with the outdoors through a series of gardens, terraces, courtyards and accessible green roof.

A collection of 6 private courtyard villas. Our new boutique guest room designs are filled with lush, tropical planting and a natural soothing palette to help promote relaxation.

Completion of the concept for our terracotta fueled, boutique island hotel.

Set on a sloping site, our design for this 7 bed family home focuses around an existing collection of trees to create a safe and private courtyard for the family to enjoy. The facade privacy screens mimic the leaf patterns of the adjacent trees, creating a dappled light effect internally.

In addition our design for the ‘KYOI Samui’ a beachfront resort, located on Koh Samui, Thailand received an honourable mention at the LIV Hospitality Design Awards 2024, in the Architecture – Living Space Category. Featuring 145 guest rooms, a beach club, ‘double’ spa, roof top bar, co-working space and a host of other guest facilities.

The monsoon rains did not hold us back from celebrating this year at our annual gathering!

We started work on a 120 room resort and apartment project located on the island of Koh Phangan, Thailand. It will also include a commercial component comprised of f&b, retail and health services.

Our ‘Bach Van Resort’ design was a Silver winner at this year’s VMARK Vietnam Design Awards 2024 – Best Hospitality Design
