The 200 hectare lagoon side development comprised of 124 villa plots set amongst working vineyards.

Fractal acted as the developers in house architect. Proposals for the Benguela village masterplan (F&B, chapel, spa and winery). Design of the estate pool & gym facility as well as spec houses.

Other duties included acting as client rep for overseeing existing designs under construction, infrastructure maintenance, as well as negotiations with local authorities .
