GOLF VILLASBinh Tien Resort, Ninh Thuan Province, Vietnam 2022Our concept designs for 29 villas located within the Binh Tien Resort, Vietnam included 2 differing types. The lower level of the ‘Golfer’ villa is treated as a sloping green wall that helps to form a landscaped entrance to the nearby clubhouse, concealing the sleeping areas within. The living area and roof terrace rests above enjoying distant views out to sea and also back to the lush green mountains behind. The ‘Golf’ villas enjoy expansive views across the pristine 18 hole course. The lower level is treated as a transparent level that unites the garden and courtyard with the internal living areas to form a more expansive space, whilst the private sleeping boxes float above. In collaboration with A.N.D. Architects. The use of terracotta cladding connects the villas with the architecture of the completed golf clubhouse, evoking references to the stunning sand dunes of the region. |
