SAMUI HEIGHTSKoh Samui, Thailand 2019A new residential development comprised of five townhouses with shared leisure facilities, a 5-bedroom villa and two 3-bedroom villas, all set on a steep sloping site. Two villa options were developed to offer prospective buyers the choice. Access and sea views helped determine the positioning of the structures and the road. The aim was to integrate the architecture with the hillside through the use of natural tones and material selection. The central floor of the villas break into the hillside to provide an unexpected hidden green garden to encourage natural ventilation and valuable amenity space. |
